Privacy notice

This page explains what data you hand us when you get in touch, and what we do with it. In short: we only ask for what a reply requires, and we pass it to no one.

The data controller

The controller is SERIAL SOFTWARE. For any privacy question, write to somi.andris@gmail.com.

What we collect

• The name and email address given on the inquiry form.
• The content of your message, including what you write about the project.
• For email inquiries, the email's content and the sender's address.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We send no newsletters and share no data with third parties.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept until the conversation concludes, and for at most one year, then deleted. If we end up working together, contract-related data falls under accounting regulations instead.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion at the address above. Complaints can be filed with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
